Hi! I’m Allison

About
I’m Allison, a Lead Product Designer with 10+ years of experience designing end-to-end for B2B/B2C, SaaS, E-Commerce and Enterprise companies. I’ve worked as a team lead mentoring designers, sharing product knowledge and design practices to ensure consistent experiences across teams and products. I love taking complexity and turning it into effortless experiences, stretching beyond design to shape product roadmaps and vision with Product, then pairing with Engineering to build and QA features.
What drives me is seeing the impact, whether that’s delivering workflows that simplify connecting data to dynamic content for Enterprise businesses or scaling a cross-platform design system to help teams ship faster. One of my most dear compliments has been “You can count on Allison to improve any product that she touches.”
Outside of product work, I’m learning a third language and am a fiber artist and quilting instructor. Take a Look
